Terms of Service for Meltimer

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Meltimer ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Meltimer is a focus timer application offering free and premium features. You may use the app only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
Some features, such as cloud save and cross-device sync, require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Free Features
Meltimer offers free timer modes (Melting Ice and Burning Candle) with standard durations. Extended durations (45 and 60 minutes) on free modes may require watching a rewarded advertisement.
Individual Mode Unlocks
Certain premium timer modes may be unlocked individually via a monthly subscription specific to that mode.
Premium Subscription
A Premium subscription unlocks all timer modes, removes advertisements throughout the app, and may include additional features as described in the app at time of purchase.
Billing
All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.
4. Advertising
Free-tier users may be shown advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads, served through Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Circumvent or exploit the ad-based or subscription-based unlock systems
- Interfere with the app's operation or other users' experience
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality within Meltimer are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
